Linnette Leon-Vega started this non-profit organization at the age of 6 years-old. Having started baking sweets and selling them to raise funds for local organizations in Miami, FL, she developed a love for philanthropy and working to better the community. She feels extremely lucky to have been raised by a woman with such a big heart that has always been dedicated to helping wherever needed.
Vice President
Alexa Marie Vega has been involved with R4C since she was a little girl. Her big heart and desire to help in any way she can are evident daily. Alexa started as a young ambassador, always asking the question: "What can I do to help?" Now in high school, Alexa takes pride in sharing the R4C mission with her friends in hopes of raising awareness and helping more children in our community whose lives have been affected by abuse. We are proud to call her our new Vice President!
Ambassador
Lourdes Leon-Vega has been very involved with helping the community in various ways for many years. She continues to support her daughter's efforts, as well as other non-profit organizations that are centered towards helping children who have been affected by illness, or abuse. Her dedication and passion to R4C is evident and has inspired her two daughters, Linnette and Alexa.
